Why I would recommend HubSpot CRM to a friend!
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM has been one of the most useful CRM tools that I've came across. I use it in my day to day job duties to effectively communicate with my customers. As a Business Development Representative, I make a large number of cold outreaches to gain business for my company and HubSpot makes the job a lot easier and effective with convenient features such as: templates, snippets, deals, etc. Without HupSpot CRM, my job of cold prospecting would be very tedious.
Pros
- Features such as templates and snippets save users time as acting like shortcuts
- The deals function helps keep organizations on tack to hit their goals
- Many different organizations can use HubSpot as it is diverse with options
- The CRM helps manage relationships with the contacts feature
Cons
- There are features that are harder to use than others, such as: playbooks, and quotes; perhaps simplify those harder to use features
- I like when platforms stay relevant by consistently updating and improving; consider adding new features and tools more frequently to see what users like and dont like
- Keeps the company organized
- Saves us time
- Very effective and efficient features
It makes our teams cooperate and coexistent efficiently.
HubSpot relatively has better more engaging and time saving features compared to these platforms.
