Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We decided to use Hubspot in order to have a CRM and be able to track marketing and sales whole process. As a startup company we needed a lot of support for inbound and outbound to make sure we grow healthy.

Marketing uses for marketing emails, trackings and reports.

Sales are using for SDR and Sales to track and manage deals, we were using for inbound and outbound
  • easy to use
  • easy to implement
  • sync with most tools
  • sales tasks are messy
  • sales emails are not automated
  • hard to gather correct data
  • cost savings
  • marketing emails improved
  • track of activities
Hubspot is for sure the easiest CRM to use, you can learn it in very quickly, compared to other CRM's I used as Salesforce and Pipefy. Also there is a lot of videos and trainings that you can do inside the CRM to learn how to do anything inside there.
Honestly, I think Salesforce would be a better option, it's a little harder to learn how to use but when you do I feel like the data and metrics sync better and give you better reports, also there is a lot of integrations that bring better results. However, the reason why we decided to go with Hubspot was because of pricing

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

No

Hubspot is a cheaper option for early stage companies, it can be good for companies to start growing and being able to have all information inside only one place. However, I feel like the more you grow and have sales tasks, it can get a little messy, tasks are hard to track and it's not so fast to send like 50 emails
