Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Generally has excellent functionality for tracking progress on tickets raised and is a great way to manage our incoming traffic where requiring Support, the automated workflow processes, and integration with Deals, Knowledge Base and ChatBots; feedback surveys are all very useful for cross-referencing, keeping support requests at bay, and tracking the quality of support responses. I only suggest and wish they would listen to the multiple requests you can see on their development forum and feedback from users to allow users to save drafts - aware may be down to limitations on their servers for this function, but sure a solution could be found by their development team to implement the feature to save drafts on there - v annoying if you have been writing an email for over half an hour and collecting evidence for this to then disappear after the page crashes, gets accidentally closed, or on the rare occasion where HubSpot goes down.

Yes

Suitable for quickly messaging responses to those bringing up support queries, and great for tracking progress and being able to find information on what has been done on their account to date Terrible for writing long emails, as I can't save drafts = having to save drafts myself using Notepad when writing lengthy emails.
