Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use hubspot for customer, supplier and candidates records management.
We use the sales module for lead management, deal pipeline, email sequences and meetings booking.
We use the marketing module for form creation and content posting through newsletters and social media hub.
As an internal tool we use hubspot for internal communication as newsletters.

  • Being able to manage internal process and communications amongst team members
  • Saves times in manual processes with automation
  • Increases revenue with email sequences
More intituitive and with a cleaner interface than other CRMs like Zoho CRM or Pipedrive.
Easy to start using, comes with popups and instructions for beginners
More intuitive. Hubspot has much better pricing plans for 10+ users. Being able to install many modules, it ends up being a more comprehensive solution than other CRMs. The hubspot academy offers more content to learn how to tackle B2B sales and marketing initiatives.

Well suited for pipeline management and lead records.
As a communication tool it can be handy for sending newsletters and publishing in social media. although this is something that should be combined with the Marketing Hub.
It can improve its internal communication tools among team members to increase collaboration.
It would be nice to have multiple owners in a same deal.
