We use HubSpot CRM for communication and tracking orders and request revisions. All information is now tracked through this system. It also tracks our revenue as well.

We have had a positive impact overall with HubSpot CRM with communication. Now that we solely use HubSpot CRM for communications instead of email text messaging voice calls and 2 other programs all communication for each project is linked so if anyone needs to help with a project all the information is saved to each project.
The other programs that we have used prior to HubSpot CRM were not as user friendly and each department was using different programs for communication and tracking now that we all solely use HubSpot CRM it has helped with our workflow extremely. Having the ability to save art files and invoices has helped a lot as well.
