Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM for communication and tracking orders and request revisions. All information is now tracked through this system. It also tracks our revenue as well.

Overall this program is great and we use it everyday for all jobs coming in and out. The communication within our organization is now solely through this program and is helping to move projects through the pipeline smoother than the other programs we have tried. Getting notifications through our other devices is also very helpful so we miss less questions or concerns from our fellow team mates!
The other programs that we have used prior to HubSpot CRM were not as user friendly and each department was using different programs for communication and tracking now that we all solely use HubSpot CRM it has helped with our workflow extremely. Having the ability to save art files and invoices has helped a lot as well.

HubSpot CRM is great at tracking and communications between sales estimators and project managers in our building. We get submitted Jot forms for orders and they could come in a bit more organized and easier to read but since a link to a cleaner form is sometimes provided that helps in most cases
