Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use Hubspot CRM to track our clientele down both to the basic core of interested prospects and non interested prospect. From our interested prospects we are able to set meetings and track them down to the date and time and from the non interested we can either filter them out or reuse them in about 6 months for a 2nd try. Sometimes there are connectivity issues that makes the entire system go down and we cannot track the call count but other than that they system is very smooth. We use Hubspot CRM for Tax purposes. We are able to filter our emails, texts, notes, and calls around 1 single business and everyone is able to see what area the business is at. Due to this I can see specific notes to know if someone is interested in our ERC program or if they aren't. this helps alot with projected sales and well as quota numbers.

- Hubspot CRM is very great at reminding you of reminders at the exact times, no delay.
- Hubspot CRM is very great at filtering out faulty or invalid emails.
- When calling sometimes Hubspot CRM automatically disconnects.
- HubSpot CRM does not track Email grammatical errors, if you don't check it an email will be sent as is.
- HubSpot CRM reporting center will sometimes glitch when you're looking for updated information for deals, call, and revenue growth.
- HubSpot CRM saved us money on Marketing.
- HubSpot CRM Saved so much time management on Business monitoring
- HubSpot CRM helped with Revenue as it tracks the amount we make for a business and our share out of it.
Due to how efficient HubSpot CRM is and it's integration with Zoom Info, we can see everything that a company is working with from their average money making potential down to how many employees they have at their company. Due to being privy to this information we are able to upload specific businesses that we want to target and make it a goal to retrieve them for our business profits. This makes both our sales and Marketing sky rocket.
Systems like Filevine I feel are built like a social media standing. So, your primary communication is between the office and what notes they put in. Hubspot CRM is centered more around your business and growth. So while you can communicate with each other in Hubspot CRM you can also track your business progress. Filevine in my experience did not do a great job at that and they give way too many notifications that you end up losing important information on a case or a claim or a client.
