Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it to track our sales out reach for inbound and outbound sales. Utilizing the task and sequence features to stay on task and organize our reach out. Track all of our deals and notes within the system for all our accounts and contacts. Recently we started using the Parent account and Child account feature, helping us to identify the correct company and person to contact.

It is more friendly user for your daily sales person and ease to learn over a short period of time. The ability to have an actual alert notification of upcoming task is a great feature. Being able to customize the different fields for different industry data needed and integrations with most important partners.
It gives us a clear view of what marketing is doing and keeps us for over reach out to prospects. It has aligned the sales and marketing to together, creating a one team/one goal mindset. The sales team and marketing team now work closely together and have been able to increase our productivity and success.
They all have their ups and downs to their platforms. I would say that all are good CRMs, just depends on what you are willing to pay and what all features you are looking for. Depending on the industry and type of sales would be relevant in choosing any CRM.

Great for tracking your accounts and contacts within a sales team at a company. Setting up sequences and task to proactively reach out and keep your process organized. Tracking deals and account activities, being able to see what contacts have been made and what information has been learned. Being able to set up alert reminders for task and the ability to setup workflows in the background.
