We use it to track our sales out reach for inbound and outbound sales. Utilizing the task and sequence features to stay on task and organize our reach out. Track all of our deals and notes within the system for all our accounts and contacts. Recently we started using the Parent account and Child account feature, helping us to identify the correct company and person to contact.
