Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We are using the CRM and marketing capabilities of Hubspot. Hubspot helps us manage our customer database. It also helps us send out marketing emails to our customers.
Pros
- Has a simple interface that is easier for user to use
- The marketing hub is a strength of the platform
- The audit records are very helpful for knowing who made changes to a property
Cons
- Needs better abilities to put validation rules on properties to restrict data that can be entered.
- Quoting could be improved. Not much configuration options on quotes.
- You can't conditionally require a property based on the value of another property.
- Increased sales rep adoption due to ease of use.
If a company knew what they were doing, Hubspot could be a great tool for better collaboration between sales and marketing. Our company is still trying to figure out the marketing side of things so their efforts haven't been very helpful to sales yet.
