Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We used the HubSpot CRM to look at customer lifetime value and analyze the target demographic of the customer for a select group of clients (it depended if HubSpot was the CRM they used). We also looked at specific campaign performance and used HubSpot for marketing automation. Our numbers in HubSpot were always the most accurate compared to other platforms we were using.

I think HubSpot's UX/UI is a lot better than most marketing platforms. I'm a fairly technical worker, but some of my less technical colleagues have trouble with HubSpot and understanding where everything lives or how to accurately make insights from the data shown.
Both the sales and marketing teams look at the same dashboards/reports for performance and helps us better align on where performance is and what direction we need to go in.
HubSpot has a better user interface which is the main reason I choose to use it over its competitors.

My company used HubSpot pretty much every day for our clients that used it as a CRM (work for an agency). HubSpot definitely helps you understand and have a more accurate picture of how specific campaigns performed and the type of customer that was converting. If you aren't a very technical person or do not have someone that is technical on your team, I would think of using a different product other than HubSpot.
