We use Hubspot for top of the funnel activities and sequences, and also for inbound leads that come in via the website. Hubspot has been extremely useful in identifying the touchpoints through a customer's journey and helped us identify gaps that we can fix. We also use the sales professional suite for our sales teams - maintaining pipeline data, forecasting and revenue reporting.
