Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use Hubspot for top of the funnel activities and sequences, and also for inbound leads that come in via the website. Hubspot has been extremely useful in identifying the touchpoints through a customer's journey and helped us identify gaps that we can fix. We also use the sales professional suite for our sales teams - maintaining pipeline data, forecasting and revenue reporting.

Hubspot is very intuitive and easy to use compared to Freshsales (which I have used in the past) and is also way more powerful in terms of capabilities.
Hubspot is ideal for a smaller set up like ours that requires less onboarding time, easy to set up without having to pay for a consultant, extremely friendly UX and also lighter on the pocket compared to SFDC.

For an inbound heavy business, Hubspot has no other competition. Particularly strong in inbound and top of the funnel marketing use cases and also shown great improvement as a sales CRM with frequent feature releases.
