Daily task completion - initial reach out, and follow ups, phone calls, texts, emails, reminders, client activities (opening emails or submitting new forms. HubSpot creates an easy work flow and easy see sequences of communications. I’ve used other CRMs in the past and HubSpot is by far the easiest and most organized.
