Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use Hubspot everyday for keeping my sales pipeline in tact and to relay information between Zoominfo. Zoominfo isn't very good at documenting information and meeting so I use Hubspot to keep track of all information as well as call logs.

Its much simpler than Salesforce and is much cleaner and functionable than Engage. I've been using Hubspot for almost 3 years now and I don't think anything I've ever used has been even close to as easy.

Hubspot is one of the easiest to learn CRM's I've ever used. the only downside is Zoominfo doesn't integrate that well with it. the calling feature shouldn't have a pop up as it wastes time. also importing contacts don't always get assigned to the right contact and that can be difficult.
