Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to manage all of our leads and use it for detailed reporting. This helps me stay organized and follow up on a consistent basis with potential new customers.

  • Learning guides available to learn how to use HubSpot
  • Support has been a challenge and takes a long time at points for resolution.
  • Using sequences has made a huge difference in being able to track follow up easily.
This is very user friendly and above what I have used in the past.

It is very user friendly and easy to learn and use overall. Some of the more detailed features can be tricky, however, their knowledge base to learn is extensive.
