Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Utilize hubspot to keep track of my entire client journey from lead to sale. Tracks each pathway of communication through 3rd party integrations.
Pros
- Love the fact that I am able to see an organized client profile with every interaction across each department whether through intercom, marketing, whatsapp, salesmsg, gmail. Allows me to come to the table with every bit of information pertinent to the client.
- The visual ease of each client parameter we have created. Allows the ability to see clear and concise numbers in relation to sales, lost sales, warm sales, etc.
- data tracking in regards to my sales compensation. Allows me to easily track and hit my numbers each month.
Cons
- I thoroughly enjoy the CRM platform for my SDR role.
- Lots of 3rd party integrations. but such is the software sales industry. We sell an all in one software yet we have to navigate through soooo many different integrations.
Fantastic. I am now able to track what marketing tactics are being used and what that client has received or been interested in thus far.
