Utilizing Hubspot CRM allows me to analyze, sort, track and prioritize my sales leads. Supports the sales team in closing deals ahead of deadline and helps our marketing team keep new leads engaged.

Hubspot unlike Dentrix and Nimble very user friendly. Easy to navigate, keeps everything up to date, ability to tag other important parties in the notes, and easy to manage.
With Hubspot we can customize it with what works for our organization. Ability to integrate other applications like zoom.
Biggest downfall and similarity to both Dentrix and Nimble is the communication seemed to always fall through the cracks. With HubSpot we can connect the department functions.
