Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use Hubspot CRM for profiling the accounts of all of our drivers. It's a great help in updating the profiles, and an easy way to keep the accounts in detail. It's very communicative and keeps the record in real time. Integration is flexible with the other apps, especially automating information directly making the work faster and more productive. HubSpot CRM has a lot of features to offer that address the business problems of intermittent tickets from the drivers. It is also universal and shared by other employees which is a good collaboration to help each other.

It has the essentials you are looking for when organizing a profile. You can do so much more when updating an information. Very friendly interface and easy to understand.
