Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it to organize our business development, sales, and marketing processes, manage contacts, social media, and feedback currently. We look to continue to expand how we use HubSpot and simplify as many processes as possible.

- It'd be nice to be able to create contact cards that are easily transmitted to others - whether inside or outside the organization.
- More transparency within processes

I think for our purposes HubSpot was the simplest solution that we found that encompassed the most uses.
