Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it to organize our business development, sales, and marketing processes, manage contacts, social media, and feedback currently. We look to continue to expand how we use HubSpot and simplify as many processes as possible.

  • It'd be nice to be able to create contact cards that are easily transmitted to others - whether inside or outside the organization.

  • Increased ability to visualize direct results
It's fairly quick to pick up and use with regular use. However we have had some issue with buy in, I think the interface may be slightly intimidating.
I think for our purposes HubSpot was the simplest solution that we found that encompassed the most uses.

I think it does really well with organizing and linking all the information entered into it, but I think the ability to draw information out of the software could use some work, in terms of the reporting, pulling certain filter criteria for workflows and sequences, etc.
