It organizes all of our leads versus prospects versus applicants and students, while ensuring that no one gets missed. It also helps communicate amongst everyone in the department on who has been contacted and who has not been by logging all activity. This way everyone is on the same page. It helps for a much easier and smoother system!

- I wish for the calling aspect, we could add the outcome of the call if we connected with them. We can select connected, busy, no answer, etc. but if they answer, were they interested in the product, did they book a tour, are they no longer interested, etc. We typically put these in the notes, but our department loves to track calls, so for now we have to use a separate service
- Now that the texts are automatically logged, that has been so wonderful! It'd be nice if on the activity log I can filter to just show texts, like I could for emails and calls.
