Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is the main CRM for our agency, that we use to track email openings, store deals. We did try competitors that are either buggy (Pipedrive) or too difficult to use (Salesforce). It is an easy-to-use interface and lots of integrations with other software we use are also of essential importance to us.

  • Gap between Start and Professional Plan is massive.
  • Call booking is not even close to Calendly.
  • Email opening not tracking unique and self openings.
  • HubSpot helps to invest only in leads who are interested.
Easier than all other software's.
