Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM to record all forms of communications with the customers as well as use it for any sort of internal communications related to the clients. HubSpot makes it easy for us to keep consistency throughout the business and helps in accountability as well.
  • Record client communications.
  • Sales Analytics is a useful tab to keep track of your performance.
  • HubSpot tasks be filtered (e.g. Due today , overdue , due soon).
  • 'Search box' could show more options, which consist of letters being put into the search box.
  • Data put into a company's profile does not automatically sync with the 'ticket' created against the same company. For example, we deal with customers.
  • The deals pipeline helps to manage the deals created more effectively and keep on track. This results in more deals being scored quicker.
  • The internal handover, with the help of CRM HubSpot, has resulted in the Customer Success Team being on top of every customer interaction.
I have not used any other CRM software.
I have not used Salesforce, so unfortunately, I do not know much about it.

Whether I need to record client communication, set up meetings, internal handovers, or track my performance over time, HubSpot has everything I need and when I need it. HubSpot can be trusted with creating Dashboards that best relate to you. However, HubSpot (and rightly so) is not appropriate for informal colleague talks or plans.
