Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
We contracted with Human Interest to manage our 401k plan.
- In my experience, erroneous transactions in the amount of $11k
- In my experience, lose customer service reps at alarming speed
- No way to contact after hours. This is critical when $11k was erroneously deducted from my account without notice. They apparently re-ran several payroll periods 'accidentally'
- In my experience, they overdrafted my account and I've had to dispute 10 charges from today.
