We just started using IBM FileNet Content Manager, and I love it! Being able to share files with my coworkers and not have to email every updated version of the file, that alone is game changing.

Dropbox

We used Dropbox for collaboration files for awhile, but it felt messy. We still use it, but it's mostly for large file storage now.

If you share a lot of files between team members that have highly sensitive material or require a lot of back-and-forth editing or collaborations, IBM FileNet Content Manager is a solid option. Our team loves it; it saves us time and it makes our lives easier.
