Overall Satisfaction with iFax App
We didn't want to use our printer for faxing servies and didn't want personal fax machines for the 1 in 100 times we actually needed to fax something so someone said get the app and see if it works.
- User Friendly
- Quick and easy
- Visually it could be more appealing but it's just an app so it's not a dealbreaker
- Free trial was nice so we could understand what we were buying
- It's nice that it's an app instead of having to go to the copy room every time
