We use Infusionsoft for our own business and for our clients. We use it to manage our sales pipeline, automate our marketing and client management.

Nimble has no automation. ActiveCampaign has no pipeline management. Marketo and HubSpot are good but too expensive.
Great for a business that sells info products or high ticket services. Maybe not so good for high volume product based eCommerce.
