Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use Insightly to manage our sales pipeline and customer engagements. Until now, we were relying on Excel spreadsheets. Excel is great, but Insightly is a purpose-built tool that handles the job perfectly. Further, we love the ability to update objects in the database by sending emails to designated addresses. It's very powerful.
- Keep the database up to date with correspondence to our customers.
- Reminders.
- Reporting: Sales performance, sales pipeline, current status, etc.
- Task management is excellent.
- I love the ability to import a variety of different data from Excel spreadsheets.
- Seems to have difficulty *truly* knowing your timezone and therefore does not coordinate well with my calendar. As a result, I do my scheduling outside of Insightly.
- Though it's easy to import data objects like Contacts and Organizations, I would much rather be able to connect my regular lists to Insightly so the integration would be automatic and clean.
- The Project feature is a little primitive, but this has not been a showstopper for me.
- Streamlined business processes
Insightly has been a real asset for our business. I love the fact that I can import and export data to Excel. This means that the product does not lock me in as a customer. Moreover, the tool can grow with our business. The pricing models are excellent. We really love the Opportunity Management capabilities.
Salesforce is an extremely powerful system. But with that power comes complexity and cost. Insightly's pricing model is much more attractive for us and we didn't need the power that Salesforce provides. We've got a scalable solution, no training needs, great pricing.
