Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use Insightly across the company as a tool to track our leads and opportunities. This allows us to see what is happening with all new clients and discuss in our weekly meetings. We can track the progress and where we are in talking with the customer and what level we are at. It allows us to track the closing of business and all the revenue.
- We are able to move prospects to different level on the closing process.
- We track the wins and loses of our clients.
- We can project the revenue of each account closed.
- I think they could do away with the extra step to place a "Note" on a contact. You click on the note, then you have to click New Note. Not sure why when I picked the note tab to begin with.
I like that its a simple program. I didn't have to spend a lot of time to learn the process. Set up Pipelines was easy.
