Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Insightly to keep track of sales leads, contacts, and opportunities. Insightly assists with making sure the processes are followed and tracked for all of the accounts we manage.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy to manage - Insightly allows the users to be easily managed by the administrator which creates efficiency.
Ease of use - Insightly is very easy to use and understand how to input customer data.
The ability to link companies within Insightly allows for better transparency throughout the data.

Cons

Tasks - A popup notification for the daily tasks would be great to see when I first log into Insightly.
Sometimes the navigation between all of the data (leads, opportunities, contacts, companies, etc) can be cumbersome and difficult.
The entry fields do not seem as easy to input data and easily search for it for future use.

Desired Outcomes using Insightly

Improved efficiency
Centralized contact management

Yes, we have achieved these outcomes. Insightly has allowed us to put all of our customer data into one database that is easily accessible by all members of the company.

Likelihood to Recommend

Insightly is well suited for smaller companies without hundreds or thousands of entries. I think larger databases would make Insightly slightly less user friendly than other CRM's.
