Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for CRM, Project Management purposes. It allows me to quickly get a birds eye view of all the activity, documents, contracts, contractors, vendors, employees, salespeople and management.

Pros and Cons

It gives me the ability to track my employees activities.
It allows me to store a lot of information on each record.
It makes my life easy because I can point to it as proof of my work.

Storage is used up and I have to convert files using Google, then uploading.
When you search a name in the search window, a pop up window blocks the first name listed.
It makes me mad sometimes when it doesn't recognize duplicate entries and merge the data, so I have to go over several records several times and that wastes time.
