Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

I use Insightly to keep track of clients and potential customers.
  • Keep track of customer contact information.
  • Keep track of customer purchase information.
  • Keep track of customer communications (via notes).
  • I have no suggestions, seriously. Two of us use Insightly and find it to be very good for our needs. Perhaps it has more functions than what we need (such as Reports).
  • Centralized contact management
Keeping track of communications with customers and potential clients/photo buyers. Insightly has been ideal for this task. I can easily check my notes to determine what was discussed during previous phone conversations or email exchanges.
  • Act!
In the past I have used ACT!, which I found it to be confusing to use, inelegant in design, unreliable, expensive, cumbersome, and lacking in customer support. By contrast,Insightly is the opposite. Its interface is simple to use and intuitive, at least to me. I can always find what I'm looking for, and if I have a question customer support is always there to help.
The most helpful feature of Insightly is the notes. I keep careful notes of all communications with clients (emails exchanged, photo requests made, requests filled, invoices sent, etc.). These are very helpful when determining what happened in the past, when an invoice was sent, what was discussed during a conversation, etc.
