Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use Insightly as our CRM for our Director-level employees. It helps us track our customer contact information and our interactions with them.

I struggled to achieve those outcomes due to how complex Insightly got at times.
I like HubSpot’s email integration better but hated their app. Zoho was a step above HubSpot and was free for the size of my team. Google sheets combined with TeachWorks has actually been good enough for our team. Salesforce is great but expensive.
For small/medium sized businesses where their parameters and fields line up nicely with Insightly, Insightly is great. For smaller businesses and startups, it’s difficult to get around the bugs at times, and how complex things can quickly get. The pricing can be an issue as well.
