Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Insightly is used as the CRM solution for some small business that needs to track their sales opportunities integrated with SAP Business One as backend ERP solution. I recommend Insightly because it is easy to integrate, and very useful for those kind of companies. Additionally, it is cheaper than other similar solutions

Insightly CRM could stand to offer more functionality for larger organizations. But what Insightly CRM does, it does very well, with a few minor caveats. The user interface (UI) is easy to follow, and there are plenty of customizations and integrations. However, it cannot natively handle all aspects of your business like Apptivo CRM can, nor does it offer custom reports and dashboards like Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional and Zoho CRM do.
