Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly was already leveraged by our sales team and in the past 3 years we adopted it as an operations tool. Data Driven analytics and visibility were a company priority. Because our teams are now using the same primary tool, we now can go to one place to review several different aspects of the business for several different teams.
  • Support>It feels like a partnership and support is a critical asset to consider when adopting new tools
  • Customization>The ability to customize with custom objects has allowed us to utilize Insightly in unique ways.
  • Customer Feedback>They very much are interested in soliciting client feedback when it comes to product planning.
  • Project object expansion>Adding more customizable/project management functionality to the project object would be beneficial
  • Custom objects have some limitations, would be great to have the same customization as you do with the standard objects
  • Enhancing the team/queue functionality would be great for large teams
  • Positive Impact>Visibility is critical when it comes to taking proactive measures within the organization. The Insightly Tool has helped use with that which minimizes costs when it comes to rework. We can proactively plan for upcoming growth and identify areas of improvement.
The Insightly tool is not only simple but customizable in several ways. The tool comes with standard automated workflows build in. Additionally, they have other add-ons that allow small to mid size companies to automate challenging processes without the need to purchase custom development.
The automated workflows and the App Connect tool are our organization's primary go to when it comes needed automate processes or communication action steps. The tool already comes with workflow automation but the app connect tool is the cherry on top. It allows for automation of complex workflows and triggers without the need to purchase custom development.
I have had experience with other tools and the Insightly support is far better than my experience with the other tools. Support and training are critical when it comes to the adoption of a new tool within an organization. Insightly very much values their partnerships and solicits client feedback on a regular cadence when planning for future product enhancements and releases.

The tool is also simple and easy to use!

Insightly can be customized to hit on several business objectives even outside of the standard CRM tool. Operations and departments can create custom objects to better automate processes/communication internally. This would allow for data driven insight and reportable numbers via reports or dashboards.

While Insightly does offer a basic projects standard object, it needs some enhancing when it comes to managing larger projects.
