Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

Offer support to B2B clients.

Pros

  • They know what people in need of support care about most.
  • We gave feedback, and after a week, they implemented the improvement.
  • For a support company, they do support surprisingly well.

Cons

  • Pricing is steep.
  • Greater customer satisfaction.
  • Resolution times.
They know exactly what support teams and users in need want from a support tool.
We use it as a standalone tool currently.
Zendesk is cheaper but offers a less usable UI and is mostly for email support.
