Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

Intercom is an integral tool for our work since I use this to communicate with our clients. It resolves the issue of real-time communication since you can use Intercom right away with ease. I highly recommend this tool because the interface is user friendly. I cannot ask any improvement for this tool as of now.

Needless to say that Intercom is one of the best tool that we had since it is efficient, user friendly and very responsive when it comes to all of its feature. This is suitable for all the task that we have and future endeavors with our company. Overall I am very satisfied with this product and hoping to use it for more years to come.
Intercom is connected with Aircall and this allows us to gather call logs with ease and we can easily track all of our calls if we need to review or reach out with the clients. It was a seamless merger and I believe that this was the best move of our company towards profit gain.
I have used Zendesk Chat and LiveChat with my previous company and I tried to compare them with Intercom but with all the features it can provide, I can say that Intercom is much more advance and dependable. With the line of work that we have, a reliable tool is needed and this is where Intercom comes in.

One of our client is in need of assistance with her ride but she is deaf and mute so she send us a chat message and this prompted us an immediate response for us to resolve her concern. Thanks to the suitable feature of Intercom we are able to assist our client and resolve her concern.

Integration with Other Systems is very vital with our company since we do multi-tasking all the time. We need tools that can be merged with ease and can be use immediately after the implementation. We would like all of our tools to be efficient and can be use according to our needs.
