Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

Intercom is how our clients can create a ticket with us, it is our main way of communicating. It keeps all tickets organized and visible - therefore accessible - for everyone on the team. We also are able to streamline our external resources right in with intercom chat. As a user of intercom, I very much like how accessible the tickets are for everyone on the team and the use of the internal notes section within a chat.
  • Layout of how chats are organized
  • The function of using intercom for creating external resources
  • Tags, Tags everywhere for organizing/filtering!
  • The way stats are calculated for users based on reviews left by clients, they seem to not be adding up correctly. It will say there are 3 reviews but you can only find one.
  • Perhaps a way to automatically assign chats to create a Q and balance among employees
  • Even more gifs!!
  • at this time, this question is beyond my pay level and position :) But the fact we're continuing to use this product and not currently looking into new ones...tells me Intercom must be doing something right :D
It is very intuitive, all laid for you. And if you are confused, it is VERY easy to start a chat with intercom to get clarification or to pull of their user help articles.
I personally, in my position do not use intercom with any other programs. Other than when I download a csv from intercom to import into a Google Sheet for analyzing :)
No others at this time. This is my first time using a product for live chat. I have now since used Avochato as well, and while that can be a great product, my preference has been my experience with intercom.

Well suited for anyone who wishes to use live chat as a channel of communication with their clients. Not well suited for anyone not looking to use Live chat ;)
