Overall Satisfaction with ion interactive
We started using ion interactive some time ago. Through our company, I was chosen as the employee who would receive the training necessary to implement ion interactive software into our customer-facing audience. The ultimate goal in our collaboration with ion interactive is to provide dynamic landing pages for our inquiring consumers to land on, and receive the necessary information they needed in order to work with us. These landing pages are being used across several of our sister companies to provide a similar landing page experience. These pages have a unique WYSIWYG that allows me to build up a page to where I want it. Launching the page to a live platform is simple and includes a safety measure to ensure I understand what I am sending out for search engine recognition. Furthermore, incoming data is clearly measured and I can continue to make adjustments to pages as I see fit.
- Training - I spent several hours, over several days going through an invasive training session with our account representative. This rep was able to answer all my questions, via phone or email.
- Follow Up/ Help Desk Support - The help desk support I received was second-to-none. The person I worked with responded to my emails requesting assistance within a small window of time, and his explanations were extremely clear, concise and stated exactly what I needed to know in order to effectively build up my product.
- Software - The software itself is very simple to use. Even for a novice, this software is very self-explanatory in many ways and anybody with zero knowledge could easily learn how to use it fairly quickly.
- The inclusion of certain technologies made simpler. For example, the ability to include data URIs would be very helpful. Especially, having the option to include them for background images, without having to lose the GUI.
- We have not yet launched the landing pages made with ion.
We have tried other companies and feel that ion is better where training, multiple landing page optimization and help desk are concerned.
