Overall Satisfaction with Kameleoon
We use Kameleoon for UX and navigation improvements but also soft conversion: lead generation, marketing communication tools, etc. Our roadmap is mainly nourished by our French team but we also get campaign ideas from our European headquarters (TME).
Pros
- The proximity with our Kameleoon team: CSM, Technical Account Manager, Team Lead, … and once in a while the CPO. They are always challenging and willing to help us with the setup/technical aspects and the results of our campaigns.
- We have a voice in Kameleoon’s product roadmap and its orientation. Our feedback matters and we also get notified as soon as there is an amazing feature coming out to start using it right away.
- The platform! There is not doubt that the company has a strong technological DNA. There are tons of native targeting criteria, CRM or analytics tools bridges, the widget library is long, etc. And their API is very cool!
Cons
- A campaign dashboard that could be generated when selecting several campaigns with the same purpose (non essential but could be useful).
- Kameleoon has helped us improve the global UX journey on the website by continually A/B testing hypotheses we have had with the other European entities.
- Furthermore, they helped us to significantly increase our numbers of leads using machine learning. We not only collect more leads, but also more qualified leads with better chances to convert at the end.
