Overall Satisfaction with Kameleoon
Kameleoon is used mostly by our IT teams to set up A/B tests to optimize the customer journey and increase client retention and subscriptions. A/B testing and Personnalisation have always been a topic in our company, now we have a great tool that gives us access to a variety of targeting criteria, allowing you to push more complex scenarios. We are now able to get facts and stats on changes we make thanks to Kameleoon's native reporting.

- When the testing page doesn't have enough visits, it can take a while to reach significant results.
- When making heavy changes, it's best to use the code editor instead of the graphic editor
