First impressions with Khoros Care

Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Care

I use Khoros Care within my organization as part of the overall Khoros package. I'm using Khoros Marketing more frequently but I can say that Khoros Care helps me manage different queries and address them easily, by assigning priority levels and/or assigning them to other members of my team.

Because I'm still not completely experienced in the tool, so I'm not sure which would be the pain points of this software. As said, I'm more experienced in using Khoros Marketing, although I totally recognise and appreciate how useful it is to have a software like Khoros Care within my organization
I'm hoping that in the future I will be involved in this kind of conversations, but for the moment I only know how beneficial it would be to have this software, hoping it will be scalable enough to suit my colleagues' budget.
Sometimes it could be tricky to authenticate the different channels and platforms. Also, sometimes the same users having access to Khoros Marketing don't have immediate and automatic access to Khoros Care, which makes it difficult internally to manage accesses and admins.

Khoros Care is well suited when it comes to organizing who responds to which comments, DMs or queries and how. For example, I usually receive the comments coming from my region of competence from a person who filters out all the comments at global scale. She can assess the level of priority of the reply so I can understand what I need to address first, and also she can leave me comments if I don't have context or draft some messages for me in case I need guidance on addressing the issue.
