Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Care

Khoros Care is used to triage incoming mentions of our brands and assign them to the appropriate teams for review. From there, posts are tagged for later analysis as well as responded to as needed.
  • Multi-User Support
  • Queue system
  • Meta case notes for social media accounts
  • General support.
  • No NLP or AI-based searches, purely hard keyword based.
  • Rule-based filtering isn't always consistent or clear when there's overlap.
  • Meets basic needs.
Our needs have grown past the system limitations to where we spend as much time working against the system as with it.
The software can handle team growth fine, but starts to struggle as your brand needs get complex, the number of platforms you focus on increase, and needs to better filter more complex conversations.
Often requires external assistance due to limitations, and even then often cannot be made to do what is needed.
Khoros is strictly keyword based with no NLP or AI options. Reporting is limited, both in general and by platform.

Khorus Care would be suited for a brand that is smaller and has fewer needs for very robust reporting systems or complex filtering and triage needs.
