Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing
I use Khoros Marketing every day to produce proactive content for a global entertainment and technology brand. I use Analytics to escalate key performance indicators into senior levels of the business, and I use Care to inform 25% of my proactive content.
- Produces simple proactive content.
- Pulls in basic social media metrics.
- You can't create polls, retweets, quote tweets, threads, or comments.
- You can't get valuable, intelligent insights through Analytics.
- You can't use Care to evaluate volumetric demand as the widgets available are minimal and basic.
- Negatively impacted relationship with Khoros as they're notoriously difficult to engage with or able to produce viable results from our feedback.
- Negatively impacted KPI reporting, as metrics were inaccurate for six months.
- Negatively impacted resource management, as there've been so many restrictions with this platform that simple, day-to-day tasks take so much longer.
We haven't benefited at all. The product teams don't seem to understand their own product in meetings with them. The constant phrase used is: "Raise it as an idea." These 'ideas' can sit in state for years, and still haven't been brought to fruition - just look at Twitter Threads.
