Overall Satisfaction with Linode
We use Linode server to host small web applications and integrations scripts. The web apps are access by the staff and the integration syncs data between our services.
- The price is very competitive
- Their support is excellent
- Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL Managed Instance, DigitalOcean Droplets, DigitalOcean Databases and DigitalOcean Kubernetes
The thing that caught my eye was the price to start with. I move to Digital Ocean because they had better options for virtual network isolation, but I came back as soon as Linode fixed the issue. There support is great and things just work.
We do not have a big budget, so the value is great for us.
Our applications are not critical, so if it is down for a little bit it is not a big deal. However, I have never had to worry about that, Linode’s uptime performance is great. We have never had an issue with server going down. L
