Currently only the system administrator uses Linode. Of course as our services run on Linode VPS it is used throughout the organisation, but it is not really known that this is Linode. And that is a good thing, because it works well and people can do the things they do best.

We leave our Linode account in the hands of our server administrator. Because Linode's platform specializes on the platform components, not application layer, our server administrator is able to maintain and manage this layer with minimal crossover with the development side of the business. Invoices are sent via email, so our billing department does not need to access Linode's portal either.

I'm a one-human operation, so 100% of the people in my organization use Linode. But honestly, it is perfect for a self-employed tech person who needs to run a few VPSs and have a couple of other cloud services. It's particularly nice because of the flexibility and power it gives you.
