Pros

  • Send timely emails
  • Conferences, webinars

Cons

  • Update to platform UI, current UI is less friendly than previous verison
  • Frequent account manager check-ins
  • Collect feedback on a regular bases
  • Visibility to how long readers are reading our emails - clear read rates.
  • More than enough information about Apple privacy updates.
  • Ability to filter campaigns by type and business segment.
Nice to see emails from SFMC in Litmus. Easy to test spam indicators before sending an email.
Understand that we must be optimized for mobile.
We have not used this system because we have a project management system we utilize.
None, this is the first system I've used.
