Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus to check the visualization of the emails (and their different versions) that we sent to our customers. It helps us understand if there are some modules that are not showing properly or if a mail system has different requirements that our email must comply. Our main goal is to standardize the content of the email across different mail systems.

- Watch different versions of the mail
- Modify the code and watch the changes immediately
- Access the documentation
- Add more details on the tasks of an email
- It would be nice to have the option of sending an email from the preview section
- Time saved in the back and forward of the tests with our customers
- See different platforms and mail systems
Understand the possible visualization issues that our mails could have
Invitation Emails are one of our most important tools at the company, so discovering issues with them helps us to have less friction with our customers.
Litmus is our evidence of how our mail is behaving. We share the link to the version of the email with our client and it is a simple way to understand that the work is done
