Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor
We use LogicMonitor to monitor our own systems and multiple customer systems. It provides granular monitoring of multiple disparate and distributed systems and allows for great flexibility in deciding what should and shout not be monitored. The sheer amount of data that LogicMonitor gathers means that when it comes to doing forensic analysis of problems that may have developed over time you have all the information that you need, it can sometimes take a bit of time to get the filtering of the data right since there is so much of it, but the plus side is that you don't get down in the weeds only to find that one metric you are looking for wasn't included.
- Monitoring the status of services in many different locations
- Alerting directly into our Connectwise service desk tool so ticketing is automated
- The amount of data that can be gathered
- The wealth of sensors that can be used to gather data from many different devices
- Hard to think of any!
- Making the graphs a bit more functional?
- LM has made monitoring our customer environments easy
- LM has enabled us to deliver much better customer service to our customers by giving us rapid notifications so we in turn can notify our customers
- In scenarios where we maintain customer environments we are able to ensure our SLAs are met due to the alerting and specific monitoring features.
We have an on-prem environment and we monitor multiple other on-prem and cloud environments using LogicMonitor, all of which are monitored very effectively. Our customers are spread over a large geographic area.
