Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor
We use LogicMonitor to monitor our cloud orchestrator products. We utilize the netflow, and the config saves portions that our other monitoring system was not.

LogicMonitor does config saves and netflow out-of-the-box, while other products we have evaluated did not. That is a huge advantage in my business, as we sell these two things as a service.
Mostly on-prem, physical switches and routers, and cloud orchestrated switches and routers. We have about 10k devices on LogicMonitor. Our customers are international, so we monitor devices over the world.
Implementing and maintaining LogicMonitor is simple. All the data is laid out logically, and they have ready-to-go integrations with external tools.
We had a few customers lingering on our in-house ticketing system that we have been migrating off of for the last 4 years. LogicMonitor allowed us to complete that transition.
