Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central
LogMeIn Central is being used by my IT/Tech department to increase accuracies, efficiencies, and securities in all of our other departments at the company.
Pros

Cons
- 3rd party antivirus management
- Their new LogMeIn Antivirus Security Suite. It's off to a good start but needs to be proven in the industry before pushed to the company and customer machines in real-time
- Mac LogMeIn Central functions are lacking for "behind the scenes" items that you can do. You can probably do them with terminal commands but why not setup some GUI templates that are easier to use?
- LogMeIn needs a stronger MDM presence for both Windows and Mac devices
- Time saved resolving technical support issues
- Time saved preventing technical support issues thanks to the alerts and reporting that Central provides
- Has allowed us to do the work of a three-person IT team with a single user
- Has helped us optimize our Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Installation workflows
TeamViewer is junk. TeamViewer is a free product trying to find its way into the enterprise world. GoToMyPC is slow and LogMeIn just bought them out. GoToMeeting works great for sessions but doesn't provide the central side of things and is a different type of product
