Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I was able to use [Lucidchart] right away without almost any guidance.
I'm currently helping one of the portfolio companies within our VC fund. Lucidchart has been the most helpful for us to create the current org chart and brainstorm which way do we want to grow within the next 12 months, how the team structure will look like, what will be the composition within each department etc.
  • Ease of creating org charts
  • Ease of modifying visual representation
  • Embedding charts on other sites/apps
  • In an org chart, I couldn't connect employees on a horizontal level (e.g. as they are on the sane lvl work together within different departments), only vertical connections were possible
  • Time saving vs doing it in e.g. PowerPoint

Performed better than these ones for my use-case.
My only use-case so far [for Lucidchart] has been designing how the future (in 12 months) org chart will look like and it is definitely well-suited for the job - I tried some alternatives that didn't meet my expectations here.
