Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The tools were very easy for me to learn. With no experience I was able to understand the basic controls and complete my objectives easily. Templates offered by Lucidchart also allow for quick learning.
We use Lucidchart to map operational flows in businesses that we partner with. The product helps us develop clarity around the problems we would like to solve and ensure that our team has a shared understanding. Lucidchart has also allowed us to communicate more effectively with external partners by sharing our diagrams and resources.

We've integrated Lucidchart with Google Drive. So far the integration hasn't been used, but we are happy to have the ability to save documents to our team's cloud.
I haven't used the support, so this isn't applicable for me.

I am not familiar with any of Lucidchart's competitors.
Lucidchart is great for collaboratively developing diagrams. I would recommend it for both individuals and teams. If pricing is a sensitivity, in my opinion, I might look elsewhere.
